Idli Chilli Powder

Idli podi is a dry condiment served with idlis or dosa. There is a variation of idli podi called as gun powder which is spicy and includes more red chilies as well as garlic. It is typically prepared with chana dal, urad dal, red chilies and sesame seeds and is popularly used for idli’s as dipping condiment.
